Rihoy & Son has a wealth of experience in a wide range of commercial developments. Our projects have included hotels, offices, showrooms and retail outlets. Using our own well-qualified staff, together with trusted and reliable sub-contractors, we have extensive experience in managing a commercial development from conception to completion.
Rihoy & Son is well qualified in the design and build construction of light industrial units in Guernsey. We have recently completed a 20,000 sq ft unit at Longscamps now housing DHS together with the new adjacent Longscamps Tennis Centre driveway.
Recent high profile projects include: White & Co unit opposite College of FE with tanked basement, 50,000 sq ft Co-Op Storage unit at Longue Hougue Lane, Randalls new brewery premises at St Georges Esplanade and Walter Properties unit at Mont Crevelt opposite OCS along Bulwer Avenue
We also have our own Joinery Workshop providing interior and exterior joinery services from stairs and doors to windows and gates, undertaking manufacture and installation for both residential and commercial projects.
