Having completed a BSc (Hons) in Combined Engineering Studies at Coventry (Lanchester) University, Dominic began his career in accountancy as a graduate trainee with Balfour Beatty Limited in the UK. He completed his professional accounting qualification whilst working for Lloyds Bank Plc in London.

Dominic moved to Guernsey in 1997 and joined Rihoy & Son in January 2019. He joined the Board as Finance Director in June 2019.

He is responsible for the overall financial management of the company.

Dominic is an Associate Member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
