Steve joined Rihoy & Son in 2022 as Labour & HR Manager, having come from a 22-year career working closely with all aspects of the local property and construction industry. Steve was appointed to the Board as Operations Director in 2023.

He is responsible for operational support of all project teams, including Labour & HR, Plant, Transport & Logistics, Stores, and IT.
